Our First Mainline Tour Of 2010

On Sat 9 Jan we ran a private charter for someones birthday.
The trip was from our base at Tyseley in Birmingham to Gloucester and return.
The loco used was a GWR 4-6-0 Castle Class 5043 Earl Of Mount Edgcumbe, this loco only returned to mainline service 18 months ago. She was originally bought from Barry Scrapyard as a source of spares for our other Castle 7029 Clun Castle. But in 1997 it was decided to restore her and now she is one beautiful engine.
